CANDIDATE PROFILES
Training Director / Manager:
(Masters Degree and/or PhD with a minimum of 7 years experience). An advanced degree in Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, Training and Development or related field. A minimum of 5 years experience working in the corporate environment as an e-Learning Developer, Producer, or Project Manager and a minimum of 2 years as a Supervisor or Manager.
ISD, E Learning Director / Manager:
Masters Degree in Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, E Learning, Training and Development; a minimum of 5 years experience working in the corporate environment as a “hands on” Instructional Designer, E Learning Developer, Project Manager, Supervisor or Lead. and a minimum of 2 years as an ISD, E Learning Director / Manager.
ISD, E Learning Designers / Developers:
(Masters Degree with a minimum of 5 years experience). An advanced degree in Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, Training and Development or related field. A minimum of five years experience working in the corporate environment as an e-Learning Developer, Producer, or Project Manager.
ISD, E Learning Project Managers:
(Masters Degree with minimum of 3 years experience). An advanced degree in Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, Training and Development or related field certifications and experience. A minimum of three years experience working in corporate environments as an e-Learning Developer, Producer, or Project Manager.
ISD, E-Learning Content Production Specialists:
(Bachelors Degree with 3 to 5 years experience working on ISD production teams). Work samples and references will be required. Must be able to demonstrate mastery skill levels working with multimedia technologies, authoring systems, productivity software, and programming.
ISD, E Learning Entry Level Positions:
We invite individuals to submit resumes who have recently graduated with a Masters Degree in Instructional Design / Technology and have limited corporate experience in the field. We frequently do get requests to fill entry level positions.
